Act 1 : Trapped in a glass case of Emotion.
Scene 1
Fak Nights are so long. I'm trapped in a glass case of emotion.

( Preecha enters. A book and a violin in his hands.)
Preecha Oh! Fak. You are up so early.
Fak You too, professor Preecha.
Preecha Well, today is a special day. We have a music rehearsal.
The Principal wants the schools band to play the national
anthem this morning.
Fak They can play the song now?
Preecha Well, we are going to get through. It's not going to be that
bad, though I'm still not good at it.
Fak You will be doing fine, professor. I believe. Our Principal
won't pick you if he didn't think you're good.
Preecha I'm nothing compared to you. They said you were an
outstanding novice. An excellent preacher. The Principal
won't let you lead the morning prayer if you weren't an
expert. Perhaps, if the band gets a better practice, you
may take a role as our singer.

XXX strongly believes in the participation of its shareholders to understand the operation and business activities of the Company and its subsidiaries and to interact with the management. It organized two visits of the shareholders to its plants located at Rayong on June 25 and October 31, 2012. The shareholders who visited the plants showed keen interest and enthusiasm. Such annual visits shall continue to be organized in future. A special seminar on “Understanding the Basics of XXX” was also held at the Stock Exchange of Thailand to educate both shareholders and others about the Company and its businesses.
Following positive feedback from the shareholders, the Company has decided to employ simultaneous translation into Thai language from the next Shareholders’ Meeting onwards.
บริษัทฯ เชื่อว่าการที่ผู้ถือหุ้นมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมต่างๆ จะช่วยให้ผู้ถือหุ้นเข้าใจกระบวนการดำเนินงานและธุรกิจของบริษัทฯและบริษัทในเครือ ทั้งยังเป็นการสร้างปฏิสัมพันธ์กับฝ่ายบริหาร บริษัทฯได้จัดให้ผู้ถือหุ้นเข้าเยี่ยมชมโรงงานที่จังหวัดระยองเมื่อวันที่ 25 มิถุนายน และ วันที่ 31 ตุลาคม 2555 ผู้ถือหุ้นที่ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมดังกล่าวแสดงความสนใจและความกระตือตือร้นเป็นอย่างยิ่ง โครงการเยี่ยมชมโรงงานประจำปีดังกล่าวจะดำเนินต่อไปในอนาคต นอกจากนี้บริษัทฯ ยังจัดสัมมนา “เข้าใจเรื่องพื้นฐานของ XXX” ที่ตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยให้แก่ผู้ถือหุ้น และ บุคคลอื่นๆ เพื่อสร้างความเข้าใจบริษัทฯ และ การดำเนินธุรกิจ บริษัทฯ ได้รับผลตอบรับดีจากผู้ถือหุ้น และ ตัดสินใจจะจัดล่ามแปลภาษาไทยทันทีระหว่างการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นครั้งต่อๆไป

XXX completed 15 years of operation. In year 2012, we have successfully enhanced our continuous polymer plant capacity to 270 tons per day to meet the increasing demand for resin in the domestic market due to new facilities being commissioned in Thailand for film applications. In batch polymer plant, several new resin products have been developed (low-melt polymer, antimony–free flame retardant, full dull) and capacity utilization of the batch plant has increased significantly.
Postconsumer bottle recycling project to produce flakes, resin and fiber has been launched and civil construction work has started. This will be a state of the art project using group synergies. In addition, we are upgrading our fiber lines to produce super high tenacity and hollow fibers.
As a recognition of our continuous striving for improving ourselves, we have won 10 national awards this year in various categories including OSHA and Green Industry.
XXX ดำเนินกิจการมาแล้ว 15 ปี ในปี 2555ที่ผ่านมาบริษัทประสบความสำเร็จในการเพิ่มกำลังการผลิตโพลีเมอร์แบบต่อเนื่องเป็น 270 ตันต่อวัน เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการเรซินจากตลาดภายในประเทศที่เพิ่มสูงขึ้น เนื่องจากไทยเปิดรับการแปรรูปโพลิเมอร์เป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ประเภทฟิลม์เพิ่มขึ้น ขณะเดียวกันโรงงานผลิตแบชโพลีเมอร์ก็ยังผลิตสินค้าเรซินใหม่ขึ้นมา (เช่น โพลิเมอร์ละลายในอุณหภูมิต่ำ โพลิเมอร์หน่วงไฟไร้แอนทีมอนี โพลิเมอร์สีทึบ) ทำให้กำลังผลิตภาคอุตสาหกรรมเพิ่มสูงขึ้นอย่างเห็นได้ชัด
บริษัทฯ เริ่มโครงการนำผลิตภัณฑ์ขวดโพลีเอสเตอร์ที่ใช้แล้วไปรีไซเคิล ให้กลายเป็นเกล็ดเล็กๆ เป็นเรซิน และ เส้นใย พร้อมยังได้เริ่มการก่อสร้างทางวิศวกรรมโยธา นี่ถือเป็นโครงการชิ้นใหญ่ที่ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือน้ำหนึ่งใจเดียวกัน นอกจากนี้บริษัทฯ ยังพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์เส้นใยและเส้นด้ายให้เหนียวขึ้นเป็นพิเศษ และเส้นด้ายชนิดรูกลวงด้วย
จากความพยายามอันแข็งขันในการพัฒนา ปีนี้บริษัทฯ จึงได้รับรางวัลระดับชาติหลายหลายด้านจำนวน 10 รางวัล รวมถึงรางวัลผ่านเกณฑ์มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและอาชีวอนามัยการบริหาร (OSHA) และ รางวัลโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
